Rodier Family Law is seeking an experienced paralegal to directly support the Managing Partner in a busy family law practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in Maryland family law
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Solid familiarity with the Maryland Rules
• Working knowledge of Clio case management software a plus

This is a full-time (Monday–Friday), in-office position located in Bel Air, Maryland.

This position is available due to the retirement of a long-standing employee. The ideal start date is April/May 2026; however, a delayed or adjusted start date may be considered for the right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.
