New Year, New Name: Welcome to Rodier Family Law

We are excited to announce a few major changes that have taken place at our family law and estate planning firm, starting with the most obvious: we are now Rodier Family Law, formerly Protokowicz & Rodier, P.A. While honoring the legacy of Stanley E. Protokowicz’s time as head of the firm by providing the same level of quality service and care that he did, we wish to embrace the newest chapter of the firm’s growth and development with a name that better represents the services we provide to our clients.

You will also notice that the website has undergone an extensive transformation that reflects the changes to our firm’s name and brand. This new website is not only more visually pleasing, but also more navigable and convenient for our clients. Be sure to check out the “Recent News” tab at the top of the page—this will direct you to our monthly blog, which contains a wealth of information on divorce, separation, custody, alimony, estate planning and other relevant topics. This can be a great starting point for any of our clients who wish for an overview of an area of concern, followed by a consultation with one of our skilled attorneys.

For more convenient ways to contact our attorneys, links to our social media outlets, as well as our phone number, are located at the top right-hand corner throughout the pages of the site. We’d love for you to take a moment to explore what our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages have to offer.

As our name, brand and website grow and change, we are pleased to announce that our team is growing as well: Krystle Acevedo Howard will be joining Rodier Family Law as its newest attorney on February 5th. As the head of, and lead attorney for, The Law Offices of Krystle Acevedo, LLC, she worked diligently to protect her client’s rights and provide ongoing legal support in the areas of criminal defense and family law. Receiving her Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law, Krystle gained valuable experience as an active member of the NCCU Criminal Defense and Veterans Law Clinic.

Krystle is excited to be joining our team, and we are certain she will work hard to uphold our values and commitment to our client’s needs both in and out of the courtroom. The addition of Krystle to Rodier Family Law also underscores our pride in bringing our unique and extensive experiences in our respective fields to our approach in the courtroom. We wish to empower our clients through the difficulties of divorce, separation, probate and more, all while providing as an empathetic consult and skilled legal representative.
