Rodier Family Law is Excited to Welcome Krystle Acevedo Howard to the Firm

Rodier Family Law is pleased to announce that Attorney Krystle Acevedo Howard will be joining our family law and estate planning firm on February 5, 2018. We know that she will play a valuable and vital role within the firm, upholding our values and commitment to our client’s needs both in and out of the courtroom.

Originally receiving her Bachelor’s in Health Information and Services Management from East Carolina University, Krystle went on to explore her passion for the law, and received her Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law. While attending NCCU, Krystle was determined to gain valuable experience outside of her education, becoming an active member of the NCCU Criminal Defense and Veterans Law Clinic. She was also made Team Captain for the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, and participated in the American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Competition.

Upon her graduation from NCCU, Krystle started The Law Offices of Krystle Acevedo, LLC, where she worked diligently to protect her client’s rights and provide ongoing legal support in the areas of criminal defense and family law. Drawing on her educational and extracurricular experiences, she became a detail-oriented lawyer who worked aggressively to represent her clients’ best interests. After a successful run for approximately three years, Krystle chose to close the firm and instead, partner with Rodier Family Law to add our already thriving practice.

Krystle is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and acts as Chairperson of the Sponsorship and CLE Committee, as well as Member at Large, for the Harford County Bar Association Executive Committee. She is also an alumni member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, as well as Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. In addition, Krystle has been appointed to the Board of Directors as the Secretary for the Harford County Bar Foundation.

The addition of Krystle to our firm also underscores our pride in being an all-female legal team, dedicated to bringing our unique and extensive experiences in our respective fields to our approach in the courtroom. We wish to empower our clients through the difficulties of divorce, separation, probate and more, all while providing as an empathetic consult and skilled legal representative. We hope you will join us in warmly welcoming Attorney Krystle Acevedo Howard to our firm.
